How much is the installation fee?
We offer two options for installation.
  1. Self Install: Install the modem yourself.
  2. Standard/Full Install: The technician sets up your modem and connects your computers. $99 one‐time fee.
Business Digital Phone is a self‐install product with coordinated online installation and training.

Standard/Full install may be required at certain locations.
What does the modem cost?
You can lease your modem for $15 per month or purchase it for a one-time $200 fee.
How am I billed?
We offer easy online payment options and account management via our MySimplePay online portal. At the time of purchase, you'll set up your account and monthly prepaid billing from your credit or debit card.
